Position: Lead Planning Engineer (Senior Executive / Deputy Manager)

Location: Chittorgarh, Rajasthan (for a Cement Plant Site)

Qualifications: Candidate should be B.E. ( Mechanical ) with 8 - 15 years of total experience with few years of experience in Cement plant sites.

Job Profile:

Good in Planning
Monitoring, Cost Control, Contracts Management, Material Control
Front Availability Curve, Materials Availability curve, Regular creation of 'S' Curve
Should be an Interface between the Company and Client

Position: Lead QA / QC (Manager / Deputy Manager)

Location: Power Plant Sites of PECL

Qualifications: Candidate should be DME / BE ( Mechanical ) having certifications an experience in NDT Level II with 9 - 15 years of experience in power plant sites.

Job Description:

Should be able to lead a team of 10 - 12 QC Engineers.
Preparation of QAP / ITP, Job / JDT procedures.
Preparation and qualification of WPS / PQR, selection of welding consumables.
Structural inspection.
Conducting welder qualification tests.
Process piping, inspection
Material - CS, LAS, SS, etc.
Inspection of welding for piping, structural work, etc.
Supervising NDT - RT, PT, MPT, UT, etc.
Controlling NDT & Stress Reliving sub contractors.
Familiar with scope of inspection work in construction of boiler, pressure piping, BOP, coal plant, ESP, etc, in a power plant.
Attending Quality Meetings with client.
Able to train and conduct tool box meetings of welders.
Knowledge of relevant ASME, ANSI, AWS codes and standards.
Controlling and reducing welder repair percentage.

Position: Deputy Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager (Proposals)

Location: H.O., Mumbai

Qualifications: B.E. Mechanical
He should be conversant with Primavera - P6 and MS Project which would be an added advantage.

Experience: 8 - 15 Years

Profile:

The incumbent should have specialization in preparation of proposals for Mechanical Construction works for process units of Refineries / Oil & Gas / Fertilizer projects.
Must have understanding of technical & commercial proposals, including preparation of construction estimates along with handling tender / pre-qualification documentation.
Must ensure proper submission of technical bid document / pre-qualification document and preparation of tenders. Should have understanding in field investigation i.e.,
Pre bid site investigation and obtaining details require for quoting the items of bid.
The incumbent should have sound knowledge of cost estimation, finance and rate analysis of various items in contracts.
Negotiations with suppliers to obtain competitive market rates of material required for various items of BOQ. Incumbent should have good communication skills.

Position: Planning Engineer

Location: Paradip, Orissa (transferable to any other location).

Qualifications: BE Mechanical / DME
He should be conversant with Primavera - P6 and MS Project which would be an added advantage.

Experience: 5 - 6 Years ( Degree Holders ) 7 - 10 Years ( Diploma Holders )

Profile:

The incumbent should have specialization in planning for fired heaters of refineries / reformers.
He should be knowledgeable with sequence of activities and plan for the job with respect to men & material, co-ordinate for materials, co-ordinate all site activities.

Position: Design - Instrumentation Engineer

Location: Mumbai.

Qualifications: BE Electrical/ Instrumentation

Experience: 8-10yrs

Profile:

Instrument index, Instrument datasheets & specs for all instruments on fuel skids, heater and its ancillaries per P&IDs Datasheet and spec for Aircraft warning light w/ its control panel.
Loop diagram, ladder logic, Loop schematics etc
Design of wiring/cabling for all instruments / electrical item up to Junction box and within junction box
Review of work done by instrumentation detailing contractor (including wiring/cabling drawings)
Material Requisition & BOM of all instruments on fuel skid, heater and stack
Fully conversant with Foundation Field bus instrumentation and INTOOLs
Design & Material Requisition for Burner Management System (including PLC), Burner / Soot blower local control panel etc.
Material Requisition for all instruments (including Tube Skin Thermocouples, Damper with its pneumatic actuator etc.) and electrical items (motors, VFD etc).
Review of offers and post order vendor documents received for above items.
Support Proposal department in pre-bid engineering & MTO estimation.

Position: Fired Heater (Mechanical) Engineer

Location: Mumbai

Qualifications: BE Mechanical

Experience: 7-12yrs

Profile:

Pressure parts calculations per API 530, ASME Sec I, ANSI B31.3, ANSI B31.1, IBR etc.
Radiant & convection Tube support calculations & design drawings.
Overall plot plan considering project specs, national/international codes / standards.
Development of Mechanical General Arrangement drawings for Heater / Stack (including flue gas ducts, duct supporting structure, stair, ladders & platform) from Heater datasheets & sketches given by Thermal Engineering Group.
Development of General Arrangement and fabrication drawings for Heater Coil including welding details.
Refractory design drawings (including BOM) for heaters, ducts and stack.
Material Requisition for plain pipe, studded / finned pipes, fitting, flanges, botlings, gaskets, tube supports, tube seal, expansion joints, guillotine blinds etc.
Material Requisition for Burners, Air Preheater, Steam Air Preheater, ID/FD Fans, Soot blowers, Dampers etc.
Review of offers and post order vendor documents received for above items.
Provide Proposal department pre-bid support in material estimation for pressure parts, tube supports etc.

Position : Design - Structural Engineer

Location: Mumbai

Qualifications: BE Mechanical/ Civil / Structural

Experience: 8-10yrs

Job Description:

Complete structural design (including determination of primary & secondary members) & modeling of Fired Heater System including heater w/ its platforms, APH/SAPH, ID/FD Fans, Flue gas / Combustion air Ducts and Duct Support Structure etc in STAAD-Pro software.
Foundation loading calculation for heater, stack, APH/SAPH, ID/FD Fans, pipe racks and duct supporting structure.
Generation of Foundation Loading Diagram and Base plate drawings for heater and its ancillaries.
Lifting and transportation analysis and drawings showing transportation saddles, shipping lugs, bracing, spider beam etc.
Co-ordination and review of work done by Structural detail engineering firm generating steel drawings and fabrication drawings for heater and all its ancillaries.
Erection drawing & erection sequence.
Co-ordinate and advise fabrication shop and construction site on all issues related to structural engineering.
Support Proposal dept to generate preliminary steel design and structural estimates.
