Mr. Hans is responsible for the Company's Strategic Development, overall performance, day-to-day running and management of the Company's business.

Mr. Hans is a versatile professional having more than 20 years of work experience in Business Development, Tendering and Estimation, Contracts Management, Project Management and Execution, Finance Management, Procurement & Materials Management of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Projects on various National & International Projects in diversified sectors like Refineries/Process Plants, Power Plants, Cement Plants, Oil & Gas Pipelines, Water Treatment & Pipelines Network, Integrated Township with Residential & Commercial Developments, Highways etc.

He has worked with KazStroyService ( KSS ) Group at Senior Management Level in Almaty, Kazakhstan during June, 2005 to March, 2007, as Executive Director / Director - Contracts and Commercial. He has been instrumental in development of EPC business of KSS Group.

He had also worked with other reputed Multinational Companies/Groups like DLF, Sumitomo Corporation, Enron, Dodsal, HIRCO (Hiranandani) etc.

He is working with Petron Civil Engineering Private Limited(PCEPL), India as Joint Managing Director and associated with PCEPL from November, 2009 onwards and has contributed in expanding the operations including EPC developments in India and Overseas.

He has been an honorable recipient of "UDYOG RATTAN AWARD" for outstanding performance in the field of Industrial Development of the Country on June 29, 2011 at a function conferred by Institute of Economic Studies in New Delhi.

G.K. Roy joined Petron Engineering Construction Ltd. ( PECL ) as COO in 2010 wherein he was responsible for Company's operations with key focus on EPC, Construction, Planning, Quality Compliance, Design & Estimation as well as Business Development. He is a competent professional and with his valuable contribution in Company's growth, he has been appointed as Director ( Operations ) on the Board of Directors of PECL.

As Director ( Operations ) he would be spearheading operations for the Company in sectors like Power, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer & Petrochemical, Chemical, Cement, Steel & Mining etc.

He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Management degree in Marketing and Business Administration from USA. He has over 33 years of experience in India and overseas in sectors like Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemical, Steel, Mining, Cements, Infrastructure and Construction of Industrial Plants alongwith manufacturing & design of plants & process equipments like heat exchangers, pressure vessels, skid mounted equipment and fabrication of nuclear equipments for various exotic materials, construction, welding, installation. He is also familiar with International Codes like ASME, AISI, API, JIS, GOST, DIN, TEMA.

His core competency includes Strategic Planning & Project Management, Profit Centre Operations, Budgeting, Engineering, Financial Data Analysis, Business Development, Quality Management, conflict resolutions, Liaising & Coordination as well as Team Management.

Prior to joining PECL, he has worked with Al-Keiadiyoon contracting company Ltd, Saudi Arabia as Director (Operations), Al - Suwaidi Heavy Industries(suwaidi industrial services), Saudi Arabia as DGM/ COO, INMA Steel formerly known as Agap Arabia Ltd, Saudi Arabia. Kilburn Engineering Ltd., Gansons Ltd. and Texmaco Ltd.

Pulkit Goyal is a qualified Chartered Accountant along with B.Com. ( Hons ). He has an experience in various facets of corporate management such as finance & account, corporate governance, M & A, financial decision making, taxation, project & cost controls, IPO, audit & consulting. He joined PECL in the year 2007 as Deputy Manager wherein the Company was in process of acquisition by KazStroyService Group (U.K.) and took over the reins to bring about controls and scores of changes in the processes across the functions of the Company inter alia low-cost yet strong funding support.

Prior to joining PECL, he has worked with renowned multinationals like Ernst & Young, India's Assurance & Advisory Business Services, Lodha & Co. This gave a platform to him to work in a wide spectrum of diversified Industries from engineering, manufacturing, retailing, media & entertainment to financial services, insurance, ITeS & BPO.

He has also been a part of a Program on Venture Capitalist Development which was conducted by the prestigious Management Institute Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Naresh V. Shah is a commerce graduate with an LL.B and ACS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi and specializes in Company and Legal Matters. As a Sr. Vice President for Legal & Company Secretary, he has an overall experience of 38 years in Accounts, Audit, Corporate Laws and Income Tax etc. In the last 13 years of his association with Petron, he has with his diligent, sincere and work resulted effort risen from Joint Company Secretary to Sr. Vice President (Legal) & Company Secretary.

Gautam Das is a Sr. Vice President of Projects with a vast experience in steel sector, fertilizer, Refinery and Petrochemicals. A Graduate Engineer by qualification, he has served the industry for 38 years and has a rich experience in Project Planning and execution, Contract Administration and Resource Planning. Prior to Petron, he was associated for 4 years with ISPAT Industries Limited, as Vice - President (Projects), working in planning, executing and spearheading construction projects, while developing a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies. He has also held responsible positions in companies like Simon Carves India Limited, Hindustan Steel Works Construction Limited , M N Dastur & Co. Ltd.

Gautam Sen, Senior Vice President - Projects specializes in execution of Power Plants - mainly, Boilers, ESPs and Piping. He is a Graduate Engineer from Calcutta University and has an industry experience of 30 years.

Alongwith execution of Power Plants for a span of 12 years, he also specializes in execution of Refineries & Fertilizer plants. He has worked with prestigious organizations like Bridge and Roof Company (India) Limited for couple of years, prior to joining Petron. As a Site Manager with Petron Engineering Construction Limited, he has achieved many milestones in various Projects like Power, Fertilizers, Refineries etc.

S.C. Pyne is a Sr. Vice-President of Projects with a specialization in Cement Plants and Refineries. A B.Sc. Engineering Degree holder by qualification, he has served the industry for 35 years.

Amit Ghosh is working with PECL as General Manager & heading the QA/QC & Welding Department at Corporate level. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering with added qualification in various NDT disciplines & Welding certification courses. He has over 20 years of experience in India & overseas in sectors like Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Cement, Power plant & inspection of Rotary & Static coded process equipments like Pressure vessel, Heat exchanger, centrifugal fans, skid mounted equipments of various exotic material, construction & welding & also inspection of manufacturing & installation of Process Decks & Jackets at Onshore & Offshore. Prior to PECL he has worked with Bureau Veritas Ind Services, VVF Ltd, Al Gaswa Support Co. Ltd. (Saudi Arabia) & Kilburn Engineering Ltd. His core competency lies in Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Welding making him a versatile professional in ensuring that the defined level of "Quality" is achieved by measuring, auditing, reporting on & by implementing necessary action to prevent or resolve any Quality issues at Construction sites.

S. P. Mridha is an Electrical Engineer from Jadavpur University. He has an industry experience of 40 years. Prior to joining Petron, he had been associated for 34 years with Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) where he made contributions in various positions, right from Junior Engineer (Electrical) to Chief General Manager (Commercial). While with RCF, he has handled operations & maintenance, projects, administration and procurement/commercial functions in Trombay unit and Thal Unit. He executed several pioneering projects, brought in improvements in TG islanding scheme enhancing electrical system stability of Thal unit, and implemented e-procurement. A technocrat having versatile personality, he also holds an active interest in sports and was the Vice Chairman of RCF Football team for 3 years.

Surendra Singh is a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Projects Execution. His expertise lies in contract administration and execution, project construction management, commissioning and handling the complete cycle of project across various industries like metallurgy, fertilizer and chemical, cement plants, oil and gas industry. He possesses strong skill in management of Multi-disciplinary industrial projects. A career spanning for 28 years, he has worked for various top notch companies like Punj Lloyd Limited, Uhde India Limited, Tata Robins Frazer Ltd and SCIL India Ltd. He was rewarded in 1985 for early commissioning of 400TPH coal handling project, awarded for the Best Project Team in 1997, 1999 and 2002 and received Certificate of honours from client for achieving 5 million safe man-hour without LTI in 2008.

V.S. Dixit, Assitant Vice President - Projects is an expert in Cement Plants having over 34 years of experience in Plant engineering, layout, equipment selection, erection, commissioning and maintenance of Cement plants.He has been associated with reputed Indian and International firms like Dangote Industries Ltd, Aditya Vikram Birla Group of Industries, Cement Corporation of India.

With PECL, Mr. Dixit has led and completed many major project successfully like Africa's biggest Cement Plant in Obajana, Nigeria, 10,000 TPD plant with world's biggest VRM in Cement plant for Grasim Cement, Kotputli (Aditya Birla Group), Cement Plant for Madras Cement Ltd., Ariyalur, JP Cement, and many more...

Milind Sathe is a Civil Engineer and Management Graduate from Pune University with 28 years of Industry Experience in Tendering, Cost Estimation, Proposals for Engineering Construction projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Refinery, Steel & Cement sectors. Prior to joining Petron, he had been associated with AL Hassan Engineering Co. SAOG, Muscat, UB Engineering Ltd, Pune wherein he has made contributions in various positions up to General Manager - Proposals. He has worked in Middle East for 9 years in countries like Saudi Arabia, Oman & UAE.

J. Banerjee is a Graduate Civil Engineer (Honours) with MBA in Human Resource Management. He has over 17 years of experience in the dual field of Construction as well as Human Resource Management. He has also worked with leading organizations like Simplex Concrete Piles (India) Ltd, Hindustan Construction Co, Ltd and Essar group. An avid facilitator in the domain of training and development and Human capital management, he has deep interest in academics too. Currently as Sr. G.M. ( Corporate HR ) he is responsible for entire gamut of Human Resource function for Petron Eng. Const. Ltd. and also provides support service to global group HR for the group companies.

B. Sreenivas is a Mechanical Engineer with a PG Diploma in SQC and OR. He specializes in Project Planning, Project Controls, Project Management of EPC Projects of Refinery, LNG Terminals, Steel Plants, Roll out of Retail Outlets, Mini Depots and Terminals.. He has a domestic experience of 22 years and has worked overseas for 1 year. His expertise lies in Project Controls and Project Management. Prior to joining Petron Engineering, he has worked with renowned firms like Reliance, Essar Group, Kvaerner Power Gas and headed project controls department in Essar Engineering Services.

T. J. Mathew is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate ( B. Tech ) with about 25 years of rich experience in the field of Material handling equipments like EOT Cranes, Grabbing Cranes, Goliath Cranes, Electric Winches etc. He is a corporate member of Institution of Engineers ( India) and was awarded MIE and Chartered Engineer for his contribution to this industry. Before joining Petron in 1988, he has worked in reputed manufacturing firm like Gujarat Machinery Manufacturers Ltd. (GMML). Presently, he is General Manager ( Projects ) and heading PMI, the Manufacturing division of Petron.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Verma is working with PECL as Vice President - Procurement and heading the procurement & sub-contracting department.

He is a Graduate in Chemical Engineering, having 29 years of experience in projects procurement, finalization & monitoring of contracts of the projects like Oil & Gas, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Steel, Cement & Power. Along with procurement, he has an experience in managing the construction and execution of projects as well. Prior to joining PECL, he has worked with leading corporates like Essar Construction, Reliance Industries, Oswal Chemicals & Fertilizers and Punj Lloyd Ltd.
