T. S. Das, is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate with thirty eight years of rich experience in the field of Construction for Petrochemicals, Refineries, Fertilizer Plants, Power Plants, Offshore Projects etc., in India and abroad.

He has held top positions in various multinational companies like Simon Carves India Ltd., Davy Powergas, PT. Boma-Bishma Indira, Indonesia and PT Balcke - Durr, Indonesia, in various senior positions.

G.K. Roy is the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all Operations of Petron Engineering Construction Ltd.(PECL )

He has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Management Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from USA. He has over 30 years of experience in India and overseas for Oil & Gas industries, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemical, Steel, Mining, Cements, Infrastructure and Construction of Industrial Plants as well manufacturing of plants equipments.

His core competency includes Strategic Planning & Management, Profit Centre Operations, Budgeting, Financial Data Analysis, Business Development and Quality Management.

Prior to joining PECL, he has worked with Al-Keiadiyoon contracting company Ltd, Saudi Arabia as Director (Operations), Al - Suwaidi Heavy Industries(suwaidi industrial services), Saudi Arabia as DGM/ COO, INMA Steel formerly known as Agap Arabia Ltd , Saudi Arabia .Kilburn Engineering Ltd., Gansons Ltd. and Texmaco Ltd.

Pulkit Goyal is a qualified Chartered Accountant along with B.Com. ( Hons ). He has an experience in various facets of corporate management such as finance & accounting, corporate governance, M & A, financial decision making, taxation, project & cost controls, IPO, audit & consulting. He joined PECL in the year 2007 as Deputy Manager wherein the Company was in process of acquisition by KazStroyService Group (U.K.) and took over the reins to bring about controls and scores of changes in the processes across the functions of the Company inter alia low-cost yet strong funding support.

Prior to joining PECL, he has worked with renowned multinationals like Ernst & Young, India's Assurance & Advisory Business Services, Lodha & Co. This gave a platform to him to work in a wide spectrum of diversified Industries from engineering, manufacturing, retailing, media & entertainment to financial services, insurance, ITeS & BPO.

He has also been a part of a Program on Venture Capitalist Development which was conducted by the prestigious Management Institute Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Naresh V. Shah is a commerce graduate with an LL.B and ACS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi and specializes in Company and Legal Matters. As a Sr. Vice President for Legal & Company Secretary, he has an overall experience of 33 years in Accounts, Audit, Corporate Laws and Income Tax etc. In the last 13 years of his association with Petron, he has with his diligent, sincere and work resulted effort risen from Joint Company Secretary to Sr. Vice President (Legal) & Company Secretary.

Gautam Das is a Sr. Vice President of Projects with a vast experience in steel sector, fertilizer, Refinery and Petrochemicals. A Graduate Engineer by qualification, he has served the industry for 35 years and has a rich experience in Project Planning and execution, Contract Administration and Resource Planning. Prior to Petron, he was associated for 4 years with ISPAT Industries Limited, as Vice - President (Projects), working in planning, executing and spearheading construction projects, while developing a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies. He has also held responsible positions in companies like Simon Carves India Limited, Hindustan Steel Works Construction Limited , M N Dastur & Co. Ltd.

H.R. Kamath is a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Estimation and Contract. He serves Petron Engineering as Vice President (Proposals) and has an industry experience of 24 years. He has been associated with some prestigious organizations.

Gautam Sen, Senior Vice President - Projects specializes in execution of Power Plants - mainly, Boilers, ESPs and Piping. He is a Graduate Engineer from Calcutta University and has an industry experience of 26 years.

Alongwith execution of Power Plants for a span of 12 years, he also specializes in execution of Refineries & Fertilizer plants. He has worked with prestigious organizations like Bridge and Roof Company (India) Limited for couple of years, prior to joining Petron. As a Site Manager with Petron Engineering Construction Limited, he has achieved many milestones in various Projects like Power, Fertilizers, Refineries etc.

S.C. Pyne is a Vice-President of Projects with a specialization in Cement Plants and Refineries. A B.Sc. Engineering Degree holder by qualification, he has served the industry for 31 years.

Santhosh Iyer is working with Petron Engineering Construction Ltd. as Vice - President ( Projects ). He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer, trained in Polymer Plant Operations & troubleshooting at BP Chemicals Units at Lavera ( France ), Grangemouth ( UK ), Antwerp ( Belgium ). He has also undergone a familiarization programme at IRD Mechanalysis for Condition Monitoring & Turbomachinery Diagnostics. Additionally, Mr Iyer is a trained professional in Project Management by Project Management Institute (PMI) , Arabian chapter.

His expertise encompass EPC & LSTK Projects covering Offshore Process Platforms, Water Injection Facilities, Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Cross - Country Pipelines, Project Engineering & Management. Plant Troubleshooting & Debottlenecking, Machinery Diagnostics & Condition Monitoring, Plant Maintenance, Root Cause Failure Analysis are his forte.

Mr Iyer has more than 3 decades of relevant experience in India & abroad, and has worked with leading Corporates like IPCL, Reliance Petroleum, Qatar Gas, RAS Gas, Oryx GTL, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Petrochemicals, National Oil Corporation ( Tripoli ), Technip ( Abu Dhabi ), Valdel engineers, S & B Engineers ( Houston , USA ), Bateman Engineering ( Perth, Austria )

He has also been honored by various Indian and Overseas clients for completion of project in utmost professional manner.

S.P. Mridha is an Electrical Engineer from Jadavpur University. He has an industry experience of 37 years. Prior to joining Petron, he had been associated for 34 years with Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) where he made contributions in various positions, right from Junior Engineer (Electrical) to Chief General Manager (Commercial). While with RCF, he has handled operations & maintenance, projects, administration and procurement/commercial functions in Trombay unit and Thal Unit. He executed several pioneering projects, brought in improvements in TG islanding scheme enhancing electrical system stability of Thal unit, and implemented e-procurement. A technocrat having versatile personality, he also holds an active interest in sports and was the Vice Chairman of RCF Football team for 3 years.

Surendra Singh is a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Projects Execution. His expertise lies in contract administration and execution, project construction management, commissioning and handling the complete cycle of project across various industries like metallurgy, fertilizer and chemical, cement plants, oil and gas industry. He possesses strong skill in management of Multi-disciplinary industrial projects. A career spanning for 24 years, he has worked for various top notch companies like Punj Lloyd Limited, Uhde India Limited, Tata Robins Frazer Ltd and SCIL India Ltd. He was rewarded in 1985 for early commissioning of 400TPH coal handling project, awarded for the Best Project Team in 1997, 1999 and 2002 and received Certificate of honours from client for achieving 5 million safe man-hour without LTI in 2008.

J. Banerjee is a Graduate Civil Engineer (Honours) with MBA in Human Resource Management. He has over 15 years of experience in the dual field of Construction as well as Human Resource Management. He has also worked with leading organizations like Simplex Concrete Piles(India) Ltd, Hindustan Construction Co, Ltd and Essar group. An avid facilitator in the domain of training and development and Human capital management, he has deep interest in academics too. Currently as Sr. G.M. ( Corporate HR ) he is responsible for entire gamut of Human Resource function for Petron Eng. Const. Ltd. and also provides support service to global group HR for the group companies.

B. Sreenivas is a Mechanical Engineer with a PG Diploma in SQC and OR. He specializes in Project Planning, Project Controls, Project Management of EPC Projects of Refinery, LNG Terminals, Steel Plants, Roll out of Retail Outlets, Mini Depots and Terminals.. He has a domestic experience of 18.5 years and has worked overseas for 1 year. His expertise lies in Project Controls and Project Management. Prior to joining Petron Engineering, he has worked with renowned firms like Reliance, Essar Group, Kvaerner Power Gas and headed project controls department in Essar Engineering Services.

T. J. Mathew is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate( B. Tech ) with about 23 years of rich experience in the field of Material handling equipments like EOT Cranes, Grabbing Cranes, Goliath Cranes, Electric Winches etc. He is a corporate member of Institution of Engineers ( India) and was awarded MIE and Chartered Engineer for his contribution to this industry. Before joining Petron in 1988, he has worked in reputed manufacturing firm like Gujarat Machinery Manufacturers Ltd. (GMML). Presently, he is General Manager ( projects ) and heading PMI, the Manufacturing division of Petron.

Mukesh Anjankar is a Business Development professional having a vast experience of more than 23 years in the field of Marketing & Proposals, Business Development, Contracts, Sales and Project Management. He is B.E. (Mech.) with M.M.S. (Master of Management Sciences) with specialization in Marketing.

His expertise lies in Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Market Research, Marketing, Advertising, Business Development, Contract and project execution. He is adept at entire gamut of Marketing and Business Development activities. He has a valuable experience of working with renowned engineering corporate houses like Larsen & Toubro, Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., Sulzer India Limited, Alfa Laval India Ltd. along with Mukand Ltd. prior to joining the Petron group.

He has won an appreciation letter and award in his tenure with L&T for order booking against stiff international competition. He was also a recipient of a cash price and appreciation letter from Sulzer India Limited for his consistent order booking performance.

Neerav Chaudhary is a competent professional having more than 14 years of experience in India and abroad. He has done his M.Tech from prestigious Indian Institute of Technology ( Delhi ) specializing in Process Engineering & Design and B. E. in Chemical Engineering from NIT Jaipur He is knowledgeable in Designing, Engineering, Troubleshooting and Project Management of Refinery Fired Heater alongwith having expertise in Thermal Designing, Preliminary Mechanical Engineering, Detail Engineering, Proposal Engineering & Cost Estimation of Refinery Fired Heaters. He is Deft in Designing and implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning and to increase operational efficiency. He is actively involved in training on design, operation and troubleshooting of Fired Heaters as well.

His past experience comprises of working with renowned corporates like Bechtel Corporation ( Houston, USA ), KTI Corporation ( Houston, USA ), Larsen & Toubro ( Mumbai ) & Essar Oil Limited.
