He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate with post graduation in Masters of Business Finance (MBF) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing.

Mr. Hans is responsible for the Company's Strategic Development, overall performance of the Company, day-to-day running and management of the Company's business.

Mr. Hans is a versatile professional having more than 20 years of work experience in Business Development, Tendering and Estimation, Contracts Management, Project Management and Execution, Finance Management, Procurement & Materials Management of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Projects on various National & International Projects in diversified sectors like Refineries/Process Plants, Power Plants, Cement Plants, Oil & Gas Pipelines, Water Treatment & Pipelines Network, Integrated Township with Residential & Commercial Developments, Highways etc.

He has worked with KazStroyService ( KSS ) Group at Senior Management Level in Almaty, Kazakhstan during June, 2005 to March, 2007, as Executive Director / Director - Contracts and Commercial. He has been instrumental in development of EPC business of KSS Group.

He had also worked with other reputed Multinational Companies/Groups like DLF, Sumitomo Corporation, Enron, Dodsal, HIRCO (Hiranandani) etc.

He is working with Petron Civil Engineering Private Limited(PCEPL), India as Joint Managing Director and associated with PCEPL from November, 2009 onwards and has contributed in expanding the operations including EPC developments in India and Overseas.

He has been an honorable recipient of "UDYOG RATTAN AWARD" for outstanding performance in the field of Industrial Development of the Country on June 29, 2011 at a function conferred by Institute of Economic Studies in New Delhi.

G.K. Roy joined Petron Engineering Construction Ltd. ( PECL ) as COO in 2010 wherein he was responsible for Company's operations with key focus on EPC, Construction, Planning, Quality Compliance, Design & Estimation as well as Business Development. He is a competent professional and with his valuable contribution in Company's growth, he has been appointed as Director ( Operations ) on the Board of Directors of PECL.

As Director ( Operations ) he would be spearheading operations for the Company in sectors like Power, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer & Petrochemical, Chemical, Cement, Steel & Mining etc.

He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Management degree in Marketing and Business Administration from USA. He has over 33 years of experience in India and overseas in sectors like Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemical, Steel, Mining, Cements, Infrastructure and Construction of Industrial Plants alongwith manufacturing & design of plants & process equipments like heat exchangers, pressure vessels, skid mounted equipment and fabrication of nuclear equipments for various exotic materials, construction, welding, installation. He is also familiar with International Codes like ASME, AISI, API, JIS, GOST, DIN, TEMA.

His core competency includes Strategic Planning & Project Management, Profit Centre Operations, Budgeting, Engineering, Financial Data Analysis, Business Development, Quality Management, conflict resolutions, Liaising & Coordination as well as Team Management.

Prior to joining PECL, he has worked with Al-Keiadiyoon contracting company Ltd, Saudi Arabia as Director (Operations), Al - Suwaidi Heavy Industries(suwaidi industrial services), Saudi Arabia as DGM/ COO, INMA Steel formerly known as Agap Arabia Ltd, Saudi Arabia. Kilburn Engineering Ltd., Gansons Ltd. and Texmaco Ltd.

Dr S. Rama Iyer is a qualified Chemical Engineer, he has done his M. Tech and Ph.D. from the Indian institute of Technology, Bombay. He has been involved with Process Technology, Design Engineering, Project Management and Construction Management of large projects both in India and abroad. He is the recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1996. He also received Achiever of the year Award in 2003, Business Leader of the year in 2005 and Life Time Achievement Award in 2008 from Chemtech Foundation.

Mr. Ravi Keswani is a qualified Chartered Accountant as well as a law graduate. He is having an overall experience of 23 years working with large corporates in Finance & Treasury, Accounts, Taxation, Commercial, Project Costing & Budgeting Control, Corporate Strategy; Merger & Acquisition etc. He was involved in successful completion of IPO in Indian corporate history; private equity transaction with group of prestigious investors; subsequent fund raising through FCCB's and QIP;s: setting up strategy and business plan development; acquisition of a large design and construction company in Singapore and UK, Mergers and Demergers in the group, both domestic and cross border, hiving off some of the non core businesses, new ventures and initiatives; Implementation of ERP system and continuous process and control improvements.

He is currently employed with KazStroyService Group Companies - since March 2010 as Group CFO. Prior, to joining KSS Group he was working with Punj Lloyd Ltd. as President, Investors Relations and Group Accounts. He has also worked with Hero Cycles Ltd. as Asstt. General Manager.
